- here we manage ,produce and bring our experience,judgement in response to needs and exchanges.
- Many important activities become urgent through procrastination or because we don't do enough preventions and planning.

- Includes activities that are important but not urgent
- here we do our long range palnning
- anticipate and prevent problems
- empower others broden and our minds and increase our skills
- ignoring tis quadrant 1,creates stress ,burnout and deeper crisis.
Quadrant 3-Reject & Explaine

- includes things that are urgent but not important
- the noise of urgency creates the illusion of importance
- actual activities ,if they'se importanr at all,are important to some one else
- many phone calls,meetingss and drop-in visitors fall in to this catagory
Quadrant 4-resist and cease
Quadtrant of Waste
- reserved for activities that are not urgent not important
- we often escape to quadtrant 4 for survival
- reading addictive novels,watching mindless tv,gossiping at offfice would qualify as quadrants 4 -time wasters.
