hi
People who project
negativity typically have low self-esteem. They feel badly about
themselves, and their negativity is simply a reflection of those
feelings.

yes,its true.At least it was true in my case! Then I decided to change.
the first thing I developed was self-love and acceptance.Once you accept yourself and your environment as they are , it will be lot more easier to deal with negativity. in my personal experience the more we go deeper in to the "negative -mode" , the more it will be difficult to get a definite cause.often people fail to give reason ,often the reason we give are constructed in our minds. As if some vague melancholia has engulfed us like a dark cloud!! of course this kind of mood can lead us in to an acute depression.
All negativity is an illusion created by the limited mind to protect and defend itself.

why this happens ?? it can happen due many reasons. As our civilization transforming day-by -day, our mode of adaptations and its side-effects are also revealing itself. These days we all are so worked-up with what we "don't want" in our lives. We are always preoccupied with the notion that something very bad is going to happen. so it can be seen that actually we don't need any reason these days.Psychologists says the negative thinking is nothing but "depression- talking" .when this negative pattern is all set in to our subconscious , its become habitual , an automatic way of generating negative patterns of thinking.
" Your subconscious runs your entire body. Think of it as your autopilot or
your engine room. Anything that is accepted into your sub conscious will
be reflected in your physiology. In other words, the way that you feel is
the way you will act. So, if you tell yourself things like
I feel so self-conscious.
I am going to mess up my presentation tomorrow.
Everyone will think that I am stupid.
I am unattractive.
I am not good enough.
I am the worst driver in the world.
He/she is way out of my league.
I am going to feel anxious doing the public speaking tomorrow.
I cannot do this.
I always fail so what is the use of trying?

Guess what?
You will feel exactly that way!"
You will feel exactly that way!"
to get rid of this we have to become aware of the Power Of Subconscious . Irrational thinking playes another role.So maintaining overall Emotional health is more than necessary.
CBT is the most used for curing depression .Its based on the fact that thought- processing error contributes so much to depression mood.
Put a stop to this negative thought patterns and stop them from
controlling another precious second of your life. Here is how to do it.
controlling another precious second of your life. Here is how to do it.
Become consciously aware of when a negative thought occurs.
Then picture your negative thought leaving your brain.
Visualise yourself ejecting that negative thought from your mind.
Reject it and then immediately replace it with a positive thought.
Picture this empowering positive thought as being accepted by you.
Reject it and then immediately replace it with a positive thought.
Picture this empowering positive thought as being accepted by you.
Use this technique and you will see a huge change in your life because
your confidence will dramatically increase. You will be more willing to
put yourself out there and do things that you would usually not even
attempt for fear of what people might think of you.
I promise you that if you get into the habit of doing this
your confidence will dramatically increase. You will be more willing to
put yourself out there and do things that you would usually not even

So we can see many people has many reasons to get depressed because their situation varies. But indulging in negative and self-defeating thoughts should be stopped.why would people indulge in a negative thought in the first place??
" the happiest person is the person who thinks the most interesting thoughts"
The principle of happiness should be like the principle of virtue : it should not be dependent on things , but be a part of personality.......William Lyon Phelps
adjust to your existing environment .In your family , neighborhood ,job . wherever you are - you must fit-in , cooperate, participate and sometimes conform. this can divert you from the recurrent negative thoughts very well, then constantly improve, evolve.it can help you with the feeling of " i -dont- belong- here"always believe that " when it gets the darkest , the stars come out" .if you are hypersensitive , your tender feelings will always get hurt, the reason is self pity . these people tend to take things too personally. Take an amused attitude towards yourself , your problems and difficulties specially life itself.and never forget to laugh.
“A happy person is not a person
in a certain set of circumstances, but rather a person with a certain
set of attitudes.” That’s a powerful statement.
