the person who can be trusted to finish the job in hand is the person who can be trusted to finish bigger and better jobs. Every job is important and every job worth doing and worth finishing.There is no such thing as a petty job . there are only petty people .Between the great things these petty people yearn to do and small things they spurn, they do nothing.
