Silk-flower

hi greetings for the day!!

In this post I am going to show how to make a silk flower,which can be used for the decoration purpose.You can use it to decorate old bags,hats,for scrapbook,in the album,sew it on a dress,glue it on a hair clips,pest on a gift box,or on a picture frame......let your imagination fly.

time:30 mins

the things you are going to need are:

a round piece of card-board.
a piece of silk .
pencil
needle,spool of thread,same as the colour of the silk cloth.
a cutter.
decorative button.
sparkle (I have used the copper )

mental excercises: relaxation technique

when we learn to relax the body ,breath and mind,the body becomes healthy,the mind becomes clear,and our awareness becomes balanced.

Close your eyes,settle in to comfortable posture,
and spend a few minutes relaxing your body.

Begin by letting your body become loose and limp.
Allow your weight to sink
and your muscles to relax.

Spend a while just paying attention to how your body feels.
Focus on your physical sensations,
in your arms,shoulders, back ,head stomach and legs, as well as inside your chest,abdomen and hips.

Then slowly shift your attention to your breath.
Focus on your sensation of air
passing through your nostrils.

As you inhale and exhale ,allow your breathing,
to become calmer and more even.
Don't try to force your breath.
Just allow it to be natural and fluid.

Each time a distracting thought passes through your mind,
Use it as a reminder
to return your attention to your body.
Gently lead the focus of your mind back to your sensations.

Allow yourself to let go completely
and to sink deeply into the warm feeling of relaxation
Recirculate your sensations back in to sensations.

Become so quite inside
that you can feel
your heart beat
through out the body.

Forget it NOW!!

So many little incidents,annoying harassment irritates us!! ( Just now i had a petty fight with someone special!!)We should forget those without further thought.Believe me, its the only way to deal.
You are going to forget the incident sooner or latter,so why not forget now!!

Why make ourselves unhappy by harboring a resentment,anger,irritation and other negative emotions?
There is a defense-mechanism which will help us to forget these unpleasant emotions in order to maintain the balance of our mind,sooner or latter.so why wait for this thing to happen? ( for me it happens generally after a long sleep,although it may vary man-to-man on the personality trait and other complicated factors)why sholud we get emotionally stirred up by some insignificant happening which we wont even remember a week from now , a month from now or a year from now?

How quickly and completely we can forget ,will have a considerable effect on our peace of mind and happiness. So whenever we are victim of some petty annoyance or irritation ,we should ignore it and forget it at once!

1.when your mind wants to help you ,wants to spare you unpleasantness,don't hang on it.

2.occupy with other useful,meaningful projects in your life,or a certain job which you have been ignoring for a long long time.

3.don't escalate the irritation. don't rub salt in the raw emotional wound by going through again and again on your mind.

4.don't respond irritably,just don't respond at all.

5.engage yourself in a much more hated jobs,example cleaning dog-poop.what ever you usually find repulsive.at least you will find there are some incidents which are more unpleasant.

6.leave the place ,change the environment.

7.become button-proof and thick -skinned.don't be bothered by little emotional mosquito bites.tell me how fast do we forget the mosquito bite?--less than a second.

8.don't wait for your poor memory to heal it for you.

don't suffer!!
save your self from high blood pressure,emotional disturbances.

4.Become the provider yourself.Don't waste talents and importunity in addiction of comfortable life.

5.Try to help or extend a favor without wanting something in return.That does not mean you have to dance on other people's tune.Be generous when its geniunly needed

6.be responsible.

7.take classes ,read about how you can groom yourself better.

8.be ready to face the truth of your life as well as other people's life.Every body needs to Build a reputation before they flaunt it.you have a tendency to chart your way through life rather than relying on your ability.

9.If you are not happy with certain relationship,don't pretend that everything is ok.Face it.

10.you are popular ,but don't be a people pleaser.People will eventually see the Actual you.They might not take you seriously after that.

11.Take proper care of your health(skin,hair,anorexia).Plastic surgery may fascinate you.

12.In one-to-one relationship ,be expressive about your true feelings.Over sensitivity and misunderstanding could be an issue.

13.Care should be taken in all business relationship.

b.be satisfied the way you look.Never think that your appearance is the only key to your beauty.Don't make An effort to look good.

d.you might lack interest in external/social affairs, they be friends or co-workers.This could make you lonely.
